Hey, It’s Me ….

I’ve always been drawn to stories where love prevails and the characters you root for overcome seemingly insurmountable obstacles. Where good triumphs over evil. Where light can be found in the darkness. That’s what you’ll find in my novels.

Fount and Fortune is a story of sacrifice, hidden identities, and a dangerous quest to steal a miracle, all to save the life of a young girl. In this book, one of my characters says, “I wanted a country that counted justice and mercy as strengths and valued compassion over money and power. Maybe that was naive, but I knew we’d never get close to that ideal with this brutal dictator in power.” That’s the hope I bring in my stories, that love and compassion will eventually prevail. Maybe that’s naive, but that’s the world I hope for myself.

As for me, I’ve been making up fictional stories for most of my life, writing fantastical tales in the margins of my days as a reporter and public relations professional. The sequel to Fount and Fortune, titled Fathom and Fury, will be published in the Fall of 2026.

I’m fascinated with castles, libraries/bookstores, travel, flowers and all things nature. When I’m not writing, I can be found reading, hiking, taking way too many photographs of nature and faraway places, and going on adventures with the people I love.
